Heather was taken from me way too soon. Although police believe Heather and her friend wanted to die on the tracks that day...they have nothing to go on. Heather had too much going for her and so did her friend Arielle. The investigation was lousy and We the parents of both girls are not going to let the suicide ruling stand! I will fight til I breath my last breath to get that ruling over turned! It's time for athorities to do their damn job, and not call something such as an accident, a suicide so there is little to no paper work for them to do.
I am her voice and I will speak for her. I will say the things she can not say now, and I will not let her down!! Nor will her friends and family.
If your reading this and Know about the girls story, or are firends with either girl, I will ask you to plz write an e mail to the medical examiner, telling him how you know the girls did not want this, or how you feel his ruling was wrong..and tell him to amend it. I will provide you with the e mail address when you write to me requesting it.
This was NOT suicide, and we will not stand by and let it go as one!!! |

The story you saw on channel 12 last night 5/24/06 was total BULLSHIT!!! heather did NOT want to die because of her assult!!! She DID NOT walk onto the tracks. I am so tired of media twisting stories just so they can get their face out there. I will be putting a website up soon with the ENTIRE truth. All the documented contradictions from everyone and the tapes we have of our conversations with the ocpd and the M.E. Everyone who knows Heather knows it's all BULLSHIT!! |
